in another few more hours mark the end of january. the first month of the year.

february. i wonder what february brings besides all the stupid deadlines for folios and projects. CNY, MSSD, more and more trainings. anything else? supposingly nothing else. not really looking forward to CNY since i'll be spending it in penang locked away from the fresh outdoors. nothing but eating, sleeping and eat again.
some things are just not the same. =/

the first monthly test is coming right after CNY i think. hopefully it'll clash with MSSD and i wont have to take the test again just like last year! XD XD teehee! xp

i am now officially 17! xD

well, sounds old compared to my other friends. XD haha. my 17th birthday was the most unforgetable one so far. =) i really liked it. =D

the first one to wish me happy birthday in school was shu ping! xD i dont think i was noticed by my classmates when i entered my class. lol. when i just wanted to rush up on a lil last minute homework, shu ping appeared beside me holding a huge plastic bag. XD frankly speaking, i was really surprised! hehe. thank you, sp, for the cute present. =)

i received more and more greetings afterwards. lol. i never thought that so many people knew my birthday. -.- schin gave me a present next. xD thank you! =D the floor around me somehow felt really tiny. yann herng brought in a present from him, ying shin and chii yunn. thanks, cousins! =) now its really piling up.

teacher entered class and started teaching. when his class was about to end, i wanted to go to the washroom. and what i saw when i was at the teacher's table made me FROZE right on the spot. 5S1 KENA SPOT CHECK! oh my goodness, i could have sworn i turned pale straight to the lips. -.- for a girl in s2, i am such a lousy girl. many things which we cant bring to school can be found in my school bag. -.- dang i was very scared at that time.

we were very lucky. teacher xxx's class was next. when he came in, he volunteered to keep our stuff for us. lol. so good of him. xD and everyone who had brought 'illegal' items threw their stuff into one of the paper bags which was supposed to be for my presents. XD

so, that's what i meant by unforgetable. so 'chi kek'. XD haha. almost kena spot check. luckily those teachers didnt want to spot check s2 although it was suggested by the prefects. xp

a very big THANK YOU! to Siew Eng. she bought me a small cake! xD thanks a lot ya! =) it never appeared to me that someone would buy me A CAKE! xD too bad my handphone was with my teacher or i would definitely snap a picture of the cake! very nice. =) the whole class (i think) sang 'Happy Birthday' for me. lol. really really paisea lea.. xD xD cut the cake and shared it with the class. =) sorry to those who didnt get to eat it. =( maybe i cut it into too big portions until it wasnt enough. =X

my day continued with many surprises. xp skipped add maths for i will be replacing it at chi liung tomorrow. xD went out for dinner with my parents at subang. =) well, it was quite nice. xp thanks daddy and mummy for treating me to a fancy dinner. XDD

Mr. Lim asked us to bring along all our 'ka chang' for caligraphy tomorrow. another class activity? xp =DDD haha! kinda looking forward to it. =)

hmm.. i cant remember the last time i took a brush and started writing my caligraphy. should be last year's competition ba. xp and i actually got something. -.- i kinda regret not taking up my caligraphy classes after PMR. i still cant believe i gave up caligraphy after learning it for 9 years. -.- 9 long years and 1 exam to make me quit it. lol.

i am hoping to see everybody's piece. xp hopefully it wont end up like last year's. the whole class red in disaster. XD

today's the audition for MSSD Merentas Desa. hmm.. it has been 3 years since the last audition. and this time's audition was mainly for L18. if i am not mistaken, there isnt more than 3 people on the list and 6 people were needed to form a team.

went for training. due to the pouring rain, we ran round the dataran and slighty to the canteen. the floor was very slippery, i almost slipped so many times. -.- it has been a long time since my last run. i was wet all over by the time we finished the 15 minutes run, 20 minutes warm up and 30 minutes drill. i think i will be expecting a pinch on my legs tomorrow. gonna go for another round on friday, but this time, i hope it doesnt rain! ><

first activity for Rumah B. the pouring rain drove us from the field right up to dataran. haih. =( langsung takde latihan rumah sukan punya feel. =/anyways, i only joined rumah after the training. so i kinda missed out on what they did. -.-

due to the rain, again, no field, no running. means, nothing to do. nothing to do, yx said :"eh, train all of them kawad la, for pebarisan". i was still nodding until i actually realize what she meant. we had to train everyone that was present for this activity. and that was around 70+ people i think.

divided them into four groups. sze ming, chear yong, eric and me thought the groups. one from bomba, one of KRS, one from the cadets, one from st john. all of us used different methods of teaching and also different ways of foot drill. LOL! really, the whole Rumah B was so unorganized, us shouting to one another asking which is right, use which command, dll. but it was quite fun. xp

ended up chear yong holding the amplifier and commanded everybody. xD so yao yeng la. tcl pulak datang kacau kacau. -.- i found out that teaching ahli rumah is much easier than teaching st john members. =X maybe its because we want them to be perfect? for rumah, as long as they can drill, they're good enough.

have been very hardworking lately. -.- i mean really hardworking compared to last year.

i have been doing my homework, i have been keeping track of the way i spend my time. lol. and the biggest change, i have been listening in class! -.- must be crazy already..? or is it because my mind keeps saying that i will be facing SPM this year? anyhow, i think its a good change. xD

i even tried my best to finish ALL my tuition homework, although most of the time i only manage to finish 80%, but its better than totally nil, right? xp hehehe

hmm.. seriously, i think i must keep up this attitude. maybe i might get presentable results. =D or better, i wont be so stressed when it comes to exams. xp haha! save the white hairs and black eye rims. xD

MSSD merentas desa is on the 25th of february. i am among the selected 6 for P18. right after CNY holidays. well, must jiayou lo! haha. i wont want to be sorry like last year. haih =( this year must cheong cheong cheong!! xD xD xD hahaha!

training starts this friday. kinda looking forward..? xD training for something i love doing is so relaxing and less taxing. (no offence! =X)

school is starting to fry up. everything is becoming more complex and sophisticated. classes are progressing faster. syllabus are getting tougher. somehow i am starting to wonder whether science is really the pace i opted for. =/

homework is piling up really high. the time i need to finish it is getting shorter. my time in front of the computer is getting nearly zero already. =( seriously, last week's homework is not completed. this week started of with a bang. all so frantic.

but still, i enjoy going to school to have a blast. =) hearing jokes coming from the next row about the stupid love triangle the few of us made up. xD i really love that joke. xp besides the work, everything else is just as fine. =)

** business and accounting is not my thing. (no offence! =x) so is science my option? or just my illusion. =/

shocked-ism.

okay, this may be something very common to kwang hua-rians, esp. the girl sitting on my right in class, gosh, hers was never out of the list! what a good writer. xD okay, back to the topic. i am not showing off, i am just trying to say how shocked and happy i was. XD

i am known in the gang with the worst performance in the chinese language. seriously, i never mastered this language although i am a chinese. my chinese essays were criticized by my chinese teacher during the last mid-term exam for its lack of fluency and grammar mistakes.

but yesterday, wulala~ xD the teacher actually PRAISED my chinese essay!! =DDDD lalala~ so-ooooooooooooo happy-yyyyyyyyyyyy!!! wakaka!!! he even asked me to 'tou gao'! lol!!! most embarrassing thing was he read it out loud in class. *malu-nye* xD haha! =D never. i repeat N.E.V.E.R. my chinese essays have never been praised and liked by my teachers. first time laa! =DDD haha. the best thing to hear was, he said that my chinese improved a lot compared to last year's mid-term. but he said it was only on writing terms, not on 'pemahaman'. -.- but still, i did improve on something. xD haha! =)

i was shocked and really taken aback. never saw that coming. =) it drew a smile on my pale face yesterday. xp thank you teacher! xD

'useless' program.

program maju diri aka PMD.

one of the most useless program of the year. -.- even the teachers agreed about that statement. =X last few years, every PMD was so bored and so 'fei'. fei daoooo... boom! -.- but, this year's one was way much better. =)

i forgotten all about PMD yesterday, so i brought all my books, how silly of me. -.- at least some of the teachers still used the books. xD went to school with a runny nose, i bet the whole class knew i was seriously ill by the noises of me achoo-ing, coughing, dll. -.- anyways, yesterday's program was a bit b o r i n g because most of the teachers just simply go through it and continue with their classes. but today....

today's one was quite interesting laa. xD i am glad i didnt listen to mummy telling me to stay at home and rest so my running nose would go away. =p

firstly, our dear Mr. Lim Kong Yew xD he was quite funny talking about PMD about stress and everything. first time begitu pay attention.

next is Pn. Zuhana, gosh, i just enjoy her classes since she taught me english in form 3. =) she asked all about what makes us stressed. most boys said SPM, most girls answered something relating to leisure, including me of course. =D the worst answer was given by *y, gawd, i was taken aback by what she said. -.- yellow-minded you! xD although i knew you meant another kind of leisure laa. xp pn. zuhana talked a lot about what to do and her personal experience, i like the way she presents what's in her mind. really confident and in fluent language. xD

the last, Pn. Ngew. i was thinking, what happened to her today? lol. she kept telling jokes, if not jokes then just some 'cold' topics. not the teacher who taught us physics. =/ she talked a lot lately. xD not like last year so grumpy. -.- i think i like the new pn. ngew better? =DD she asked us on feed backs about this PMD, our class all gave negative feed backs and she agreed! xD i said it was pathetic, one said it was ridiculous, one said wasting paper and time, one said boring, sienz, bosan... anything negative suits this program. -.-



one last funny thing,

i did the worksheet on whether i am using the correct way of studying. and well, as expected, i got a 55! 55 means i am studying using the seriously-wrong method and should be changed! -.- but the most surprising thing is, most of my friends have results close to mine. HAHAHA!!! =DDD means i am not the only one!!! xD xD just kidding. xp

what's the worse thing that could happen during school term? i meant physically, not mentally.

personally, i feel that being sick is the worse thing that can ever happen. I HATE BEING SICK!!!! =((((((( yet i am sick. ><"

being sick puts my life in misery. although i am still hyper but there're many things i cant eat or do. =( haih.

and the course, well, seriously, it was kinda a laughing effect. i thought it would be boring and all, but still ok la. the second doctor must be prejudice about me. kept asking me to stand in front of the class to summarize about his talk. oh gawd. why must it be me?? and why other people can answer at their seats but i must stand beside him? lol. anyways, luckily his talk was about trauma and mechanism. because that's something i know how to answer. lol. kesian saya.

after the first talk, kwang hua people kinda starting to freak up and got all high and tensioned. something like mental problem because we kept laughing for nothing. but after the whole course, we kinda argued or something. (gosh, we really must be too tensioned or something.) argueing over our training timetables. haih. competition training. =(

i would like to say GOODBYE to all my beautiful saturdays and sundays. should be studying or just spending my leisure time 'wisely' but instead i would be on my way to a training spree! oh shittie! plus, my team's not spirited and we have quite a number of problems. can i say i do not want to join this competition anymore? can i just quit? =/
